  1. WORST DRY CLEANER EVER. Completely incompetent-word chosen for a reason, by definition: not having or showing the necessary skills to do something successfully. I would advise anyone not to use this place. First the staff-do they work there for the day? Because none of them have any idea what the hell they are doing or talking about. I gave them very specific instructions for three of my nice shirts-RUINED. That’s $210 worth of clothing, on top of the $116 they charged me! YES can you believe that price? Neither could I. I have gone to some of the nicest dry cleaners in town, not to mention in LA, and I have never paid such an outrageous amount in my life. EVER. On top of that-all the information they gave me was wrong about pricing-they Don’t even know their own prices. I mean I specifically asked them is it the same price as the other Reid’s Cleaners-well not the case, because the last time I went to Reid’s with more things, it was less than half that amount. Don’t even get me started-it’s not just the ridiculous pricing, it’s the fact that NO ONE THERE knows anything about anything, no wonder they ruined my clothes. Try talking to a manager, “he is in a meeting”, “he can’t talk to you until Monday”. WHAT-you cannot just ruin someone’s things and charge them $116 to do so, and then ignore them. Not to mention they offered to write me a $40.00 check in return-I go to pick it up, sorry we can’t actually write the check-so now they are wasting my time on top of it all. Technically they should be paying for all my damaged clothes and refunding me my money. But this is a sad example of any kind of business. There is no one on the staff that has ANY idea what is going on, they are slow, they cannot communicate with their customers, they make verbal agreements and fail to follow through, they are overpriced-if that’s even a word for almost pure robbery, and not to mention THEY RUIN YOUR CLOTHES and then avoid you when you have questions or make false promises. WORST place EVER. Unless you want to take the risk of things getting ruined, being overcharged, and lied to-I would avoid this place like the plague.
